Proof you can inspect before the case study

Client work appears here only when the client has approved being named and having the outcome stated. Until then, we show the method and invite you to test it against a real project.

That is a slower way to build a proof page, and it is deliberate. Our buyers are analysts, executives and marketing leaders who have read a thousand anonymous success stories about unnamed leading brands achieving unspecified growth. Those are unfalsifiable, which means they prove nothing — and publishing them would contradict the thing we sell, which is an argument you can actually defend.

So here is the honest position: we would rather you judge us on a conversation than on a claim you cannot check.

Three things you can check without a case study

  • The method, in full

The Captivate Framework is published end to end — every stage, what it produces, and the specific failure it exists to prevent. A method you can interrogate is a fair test of whether we think clearly.

  • How we argue in public

Our Insights are written the way we work: a position first, then the evidence. If the thinking there is not sharper than what you are reading elsewhere, that tells you something useful.

  • A working session

Bring a live project. In thirty minutes we will tell you which stage it starts at, what the first two weeks look like, and whether you need us at all. Several of those calls end with us saying no.

What makes proof publishable

A publishable case study has three parts: client permission, a named piece of work, and an outcome stated with a figure and a timeframe. No study appears here without all three.

Judge us on the conversation.

Tell us what you are trying to say and who needs to believe it. That is Clarify, and it is the part you can assess before any money moves.
